  1. <\/b>Brexit and Beyond \u2013 Maintaining the UK\u2019s Competitive Edge as an International Tourist Destination<\/i>: <\/b>Delegates will examine the challenges and opportunities for the UK to remain competitive as an international tourist destination; next steps for building on the success of \u00a322.1 billion tourism spend in 2015 and the foundations for growth in the Tourism Action Plain; <\/b>emerging options for developing the tourism skills base; <\/b>and the latest thinking on minimising the Brexit disruption to the tourism and travel sectors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/b>Visit London, Visit England, Visit Britain – Collaboration, Regeneration and Funding \u2013 Supporting Local Visitor Economies:<\/i><\/b> With over 50% of international tourist spend still restricted to London delegates will assess the latest thinking on supporting local visitor economies; building capacity and infrastructure to attract visitors and encourage inward investment and regeneration funding such as the Discover England fund; best practice collaborative approaches bringing together businesses and local authorities; and ensuring all regions are able to compete for a slice of the \u00a319.6 billion overnight domestic spend.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Red Tape & Regulation \u2013 Supporting the UK\u2019s Tourism Sector and Going for Growth<\/i>: <\/b>Options for reducing red tape, developing \u2018common sense\u2019 regulation and recognising the tourism sector\u2019s contribution to the economy and employment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
