It\u00a0takes\u00a0into account individual characteristics, such as culture and dietary requirements as well as product specifications, leading\u00a0to personalised food recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>The conference took place in Budapest where Sarah was up against strong international competition with over 100 other papers presented.
