Keith Hayman, BU\u2019s Head of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the School of Tourism, outlines how the course works:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything about our CPD programme for employers is flexible, from course content to delivery times. Working closely with Hall &amp; Woodhouse, the Dorset-based brewing and pub company ,we came up with a bespoke programme of 6 units delivered over eighteen months. The units include HE Study Skills; Hospitality Context; Services Marketing; People and Performance; E-Marketing and Financial Reporting.
