The course introduces you to the main styles of wine, common grape varieties, a systematic approach to wine tasting and the matching of food to wine.\u00a0 Assessment is through completion of a multiple-choice paper at the end of the day. The course starts at 8:45 a.m. and finishes at about 4.30 pm.The next course is being held on<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUNDAY 24 MARCH 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Venue to be advised.
