Not only does it allow me to fulfil my passion for writing and add to my portfolio for future job applications, but also gives me a chance to earn some money on the side (probably my monthly deliveroo allowance). <\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_9939\" style=\"width: 258px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/undergraduate\/files\/2019\/02\/desk.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9939\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9939\" src=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/undergraduate\/files\/2019\/02\/desk-248x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"248\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/student-blog\/files\/2019\/02\/desk-248x300.png 248w, https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/student-blog\/files\/2019\/02\/desk.png 564w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 248px) 100vw, 248px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-9939\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The ideal working environment \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It\u2019s great because being a blogger or vlogger is fairly casual, there are briefs every month for any articles that need to be written so you are able to pick and choose what you write\/vlog about, as well as having to option to pitch your own ideas too! It\u2019s a great way to find out more about the uni because it may entail going to an event held by a society or SUBU such as the vegan festival. If you have any pearls of wisdom from your time at uni, it\u2019s a good place to share it and pick up any other tips and hints fr<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">om your peers (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/undergraduate\/2019\/02\/02\/budgeting-and-saving-money-as-a-student\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">such as how to budget etc\u2026<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Even if your not too confident in you abilities (perhaps to vlog) but would like to learn- then this is the best opportunity as there are other vloggers who can help you.
