Here are the answers to the main things we have been asked this week. We hope this helps; however we are always here if you have any questions.<\/p>\n
Late Applications\/ Extra Applications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Many of our courses are happy to still receive late or extra applications, however please do check in advance to make sure! Each of our course pages<\/a> will say if they are open.\u00a0 To apply through extra, you cannot be currently holding any offers. If you have turned down your offers, or have been unsuccessful to your first five choices, this will enable you to make one extra choice at a time. You will be able to add this choice through your track.<\/a><\/p>\n Accommodation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Here at BU we ask that you apply for accommodation once you have received all your results and have met the conditions of your offer. For many applicants this will be A Level results day in the summer. We are\u00a0proud to offer a guaranteed place in Halls of Residence or BU-managed accommodation for all first year undergraduate students starting in 2013, if you complete your application by 5pm on the day after results day. You can find out more on the Accommodation website<\/a>. You will have the opportunity to view accommodation at our\u00a0Main Open Days<\/a>\u00a0however if you are unable to make this, you may find our\u00a0Video Tour<\/a>\u00a0helpful when making your decision. Once you have your results, you can apply with the online form.<\/a><\/p>\n Visiting the Uni<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n We have lots of open days coming up, however if you want to visit another time, we have an open campus policy. You can find out more about when the Open Days will be on our website<\/a>, or if you want to come and take a look around, you can download a self-guided tour and visit at any time. We recommend coming along Mon-Fri between 9-5pm when we are here in the askBU enquiries office to answer any questions you might have!<\/p>\n Please remember that askBU are always happy to help, so if there is anything that you are unsure of, we are here Monday- Friday 9-5pm for visitors to pop in.
