Relying on takeout and unhealthy snacks drained my finances and left me feeling sluggish. Realizing this, I made a conscious effort to improve my nutrition in the last few months.<\/p>\n<p>What I Did:<\/p>\n<p>1. Sunday Meal Prep: I began preparing meals every Sunday, focusing on nutritious, easy-to-reheat options.
