As an international student, one of the most important decisions I had to make before starting my studies was choosing the right accommodation. After carefully considering my options, I ultimately decided to go with Lyme Regis House<\/a> of Bournemouth University. In this blog post, I will share my reasons for choosing this accommodation and why I believe it is an excellent choice for any international student.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the main reasons I chose Lyme Regis House is because of its prime location. It is situated in the Lansdowne area just a few minutes away from Bournemouth University, which means I can easily walk or take a bus to campus for my lectures and back to my accommodation without any hassle. Additionally, the accommodation is located near the vibrant town centre of Bournemouth, which has a range of shops, restaurants, and bars, making it a great place to explore during my free time. The supermarkets are also nearby so I don’t have to worry about groceries. The Bournemouth beach and garden<\/a> is also just a short walk away, which is perfect for taking a break from my studies and enjoying some fresh air.<\/span><\/p>\n

The common room is a great way to meet other students, especially those from different countries and cultures. Additionally, the accommodation has a study room where I can concentrate and focus on my studies without any distractions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety:<\/b><\/p>\n

Safety is a top priority for any international student when choosing accommodation, and Lyme Regis House offers excellent security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its residents. The accommodation has CCTV cameras throughout the building and secure access systems to ensure that only residents can enter the building. Additionally, there is an on-site management team available 24\/7 to address any concerns or emergencies that may arise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Living in Lyme Regis House has allowed me to connect with a diverse community of students from all over the world. ReslifeBU<\/a> organises regular social events and activities, which provide a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends. The Rent<\/a> is also affordable which is \u00a3165.89 for an en-suite room including all bills like electricity, water, TV bills and Annual Bus Pass. We are five flatmates with a shared kitchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

In conclusion, choosing Lyme Regis House at Bournemouth University has been a fantastic decision for me as an international student. The location, facilities, safety measures, and community make it an excellent choice for any student looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live while studying at Bournemouth University.
