Bournemouth University graduate Daniele Quattromini has been named as the winner of this year\u2019s Gold Service Scholarship for hospitality award.<\/p>\n
As winner, he will receive a year\u2019s worth of expert mentoring, where he will work with the Royal Household at a state banquet, visit the vineyards of Champagne and Bordeaux, amongst other things.<\/p>\n
Quattromini, 25, graduated from Bournemouth University\u2019s hospitality management course in 2013, and worked at Chewton Glen and Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat\u2019Saisons while studying. He now manages Club Lounge 39 \u2013 a private members club in Canary Wharf.<\/p>\n
Competing against seven finalists during a lunch service at Connaught hotel, London, Quattromini described winning the award as \u201can honour\u201d and added that \u201cnext year will be an incredible experience.<\/p>\n
\u201cI hope over the next year my own work and experiences will inspire other young people to pursue a career in this dynamic and rewarding industry\u201d.<\/p>\n
Another Bournemouth Graduate \u2013 James O\u2019Keeffe \u2013 made it to the final, with Daniele winning the event.<\/p>\n
