{"id":14329,"date":"2014-10-10T10:28:13","date_gmt":"2014-10-10T10:28:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/postgraduate\/?p=606"},"modified":"2014-10-10T10:28:13","modified_gmt":"2014-10-10T10:28:13","slug":"an-introduction-to-subu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/student-blog\/2014\/10\/10\/an-introduction-to-subu-2\/","title":{"rendered":"An introduction to SUBU&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tWith the new academic year in full swing, some of you\u00a0might already be familiar with SUBU \u2013 the Students\u2019 Union at Bournemouth University.\u00a0 From the Trampolining Club to the Bacon Society, there\u2019s certainly something for everyone when it comes to getting involved.<\/p>\n<p>As well as\u00a0hosting a whole range of clubs and societies, SUBU\u00a0is working hard behind the scenes to\u00a0make sure you get the\u00a0best possible student experience.\u00a0 Acting as your voice, SUBU\u00a0representatives are\u00a0making real changes on your behalf. \u00a0In the latest President\u2019s Report, Chloe Schendel-Wilson and her team outlined some exciting new plans.\u00a0 SUBU is committed to responding to student feedback and will be producing a Top 10 list of student concerns, while an action plan submitted to Time to Change will help to break down the stigma which surrounds mental health.
