What Campus Courses has to Offer

Dance Courses

We provide pumping Dance Courses including Street Dance, Pole Fitness and Salsa – a new addition for 2018/19! Our instructors all have great levels of enthusiasm and experience, getting you looking like a pro in no time.

Sport Courses

New for the 2018/19 Academic Year are our Sport Courses which include Trampoline and Gymnastics! With fully qualified Instructors, you’ll be able to learn how to somersault whilst improving strength and coordination. 

Martial Arts Course

Our Martial Art activities range from Jiu Jitsu to Thai Boxing. Whether you are a beginner or have tried them before, our instructors and coaches will guide you in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Our Campus Courses are open to everyone (from 16+), suitable for all fitness levels, you require no previous experience and they are a great way to learn a new skill.
