On the final day of our 14 day Isolation challenge we challenge you to challenge yourself! This can be in anyway fitness or lifestyle related! We have some suggestions if you are struggling for ideas:

  • Cycle 15 km
  • Try beat your 2 km run time
  • Try out a new recipe
  • Try a core session
