On the penultimate day of our 14 Isolation Challenge we challenge you to try a full body work out! For this all you need is a mat or towel and a small weight if you have one, the exercises can be adapted if you don’t have a weight!
We have put together clips over the last 13 days of core, stretching, upper and lower body exercises which can be used to create a full body workout! If you string together 2-3 exercises from each group for 30 seconds or 8-12 reps for 3 sets with 2 mins rest in-between!
