We challenge you on day 7 of our 14 day isolation challenge to complete a Lower Body Ciruit! This circuit will include exercises for your lower body, for this all you need is a mat or towel and some weight if you have them, all of the the exercises can be adapted if you don’t have a weight!
We have put together clips some exercises which can be used to create a Lower Body Circuit! If you string together 5 exercises of 30 seconds or 8-12 reps for 3 sets with 2 min rest in-between!
