BU Arrivals (15-30 September)

From the first day of term, SportBU’s arrivals programme will give you a great chance to give your brain some recovery time after taking in so much new information each day!

These activities are great for all abilities and fitness levels and designed to keep you active and allow you to meet other people.

Throughout each day you can join in with group fitness classes like zumba, spinning and boxercise, available at lunch times and evenings to work around all your course induction sessions.

You’ll also be able to enjoy free taster sessions from our Campus Sport programme, including street dance and karate, as well as check out the gym and facilities with daily tours and find out about membership of SportBU.
