Register for our Summer 2018 ‘Top to Tone’

This Summer, SportBU are offering an exclusive fitness programme. The sessions are coached over an 8 week period in small groups of likeminded people where the structure is tailored around beginners to weight training.

You will tone your muscles, lose weight and do it with people just like you. You’ll get designated one-to-one time with our professional Strength & Conditioning Coaches as well as build rapport with your group.

Once the 8 weeks are over, you’ll take your improved physique away along with your  increased knowledge and confidence, as well as a gym programme designed to support you further building on your goals.

Due to high demand our 6-7pm time slot has filled so a new 7-8pm session is available on the same dates.
