Monday 12th March

Chiropractor Workshop,12-1pm, Studio 2

The Chiropractor Workshop will focus on the importance of mobility in treating low back pain and preventing injuries.

Chiropractor Consultations, 1pm-3pm, Studio 2

Drop in service 

If you are having problems with your bones and muscles caused by an accident, lack of exercise, poor posture, illness or just everyday wear and tear come and talk to one of our Chiros.

Beginner Weights Workshop, 12-1pm, Studio 1

The beginner weights workshop will teach you everything you need to know about lifting weights in the gym . It will teach you the correct techniques of how to dead lift, squat, bench press and more. It will allow to feel confident in how to set up and dismantle the equipment. The workshop will be a practical session so be prepared to get stuck in.

Neck and Back Massages, 1-3pm, Studio 2

Drop in service

If you sit at a desk for a long period of time, you could often experience a lot of pain in your neck and shoulders. A neck massage is a great way to relieve that tension. It can also improve blood circulation, ease headache pain and give you an energy boost. SportBU are offering a 15 minute back and neck massage drop in service.

Nutrition Consultations, 1-3pm, Studio 2

Drop in service 

Meet with our nutritional adviser for a free consultation. Together, you will discuss your current diet and lifestyle as well as any personal goals and changes you would like to make with your nutrition.

Health Checks, 1-3pm, Treatment Room

Drop in service 

Health Checks will include:

Blood pressure, BMI, Weight, Heart Rate, Basic body measurements and Bodystat.

Tuesday 13th March 

An Introduction to Nutrition and Exercise Workshop, 7-8pm, Studio 2

The workshop will teach you how to nurture your body by eating a well-balanced diet. It will show you how you can use a variety of nutrients and vitamins to help keep your body functioning at its best. The workshop will explain the truth behind FAD diets and talk about how sleep deprivation plays a vital role to weight gain.

Thursday 15th March

Relaxation Zone,2-3pm, Studio 1

Drop in service.

For those looking for peace and quiet in a nice ambience. Come and go as you please, SportBU will provide calming music, bean bags and mats to help you relax.

Yoga & Pilates Monday-Sunday

All Yoga and Pilates group fitness classes are free all week at Talbot and Lansdowne Campus. To book on pop into SportBU or call us on 01202965012.


For drop in services, appointments are based on first come, first serve. Workshops and Group Fitness Classes will need to be booked in advance, as spaces are limited.
