1st team is back on the business, ready to conclude the season with outstanding results, win them all is the must. The team is getting back in shape after the Christmas break, a good come back from last week with a solid win against Brighton scoring 10 goals and conceded only 1.
A very well-played game from Harry and Eoin who have been promoted from the 2nd team to the 1st team, with the majority of the goals coming from Lorenzo, James and Leigh we’re looking forward to get a solid performance this Sunday V Herts
New look second team in 2018. Our aspiration for this year is to win all of our remaining league fixtures and go as far as possible in the cup.
We enter this game on the back of two disappointing defeats, however, we can take a lot of positives into our upcoming game against Winchester. It was disappointing to lose in the Cup Quarter-Final against a very good Bristol side. We played some very good Futsal and the way we played proves that we are capable of creating chances, which was also reinforced in our League game against Exeter. Yesterday (04/02/2017), our loss to Exeter in the League was very hard to take. The way in which we responded in the second-half after being 5-2 down at half-time was very promising. We showed great character to win the 2nd half 4-2. Over the last couple of weeks, I have been extremely impressed with the performances of both Daniel Dabrowski (Vice-captain) and Clive Makoni. Both look very dangerous when going forward, which is something that I believe could prove to be the difference this weekend.
