Edward Weeden gets individual gold for TeamBU and the team came 2nd overall.

The Bristol event is often used as a practice event for the English Championships  which will be held this weekend.

It was a great opportunity for Edward to see how he would perform his routines under pressure. The comp overall was a huge success for him and was placed first by more than 7 whole marks. His set routine flowed well. Edward wanted to wear a heartrate monitor to check how his nerves held up during routines, his heart rate was 132 before even getting on the trampoline.

His voluntary was also a success receiving high 7’s and low 8’s for form. The Bournemouth university Elite team was also placed 2nd allowing him to medal in two categories, this competition was a great practice run for next week in boosting his confidence.

Why not follow his results at the Nationals
