New Free staff and student wellbeing fitness classes at Lansdowne Campus

** Commencing 7th November, running until the 16th December

SportBU are pleased to announce a NEW programme of wellbeing fitness classes for staff and students based at Lansdowne. The new programme will consist of a mixture of Yoga and Pilates, during lunch breaks and evening slots allowing all staff the opportunities to get involved. All new classes are free of charge and are easy to book onto. These classes are both safe and effective ways to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga and Pilates practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches, pains, depression and stress.

To book your space follow these 3 easy steps;

Sign-up Form

Step 1 – Sign up as a PAYG user via this SportBU membership form (click the image). This simple step allows us to take some basic details and add you to our system. Please email your completed form to or bring it in to SportBU reception.

Step 2 –  Once you have been signed up as a PAYG member, you have the option to book onto these classes using the iBU app, online and face to face at SportBU reception. Remember the classes have limited spaces and are first come first serve. Please also note that the booking cut off will be an hour prior to the class start time.

Step 3 – Turn up and enjoy!
