The CHAIN programme (Cycling against Hip pAIN) has been featured in the January 2026 edition of the RIDE HIGH magazine. RIDE HIGH has \u201ca simple mission to celebrate and champion the very best of indoor cycling, sharing ideas, stories and experiences from around the world to inspire the sector on to even bigger and better things\u201d.<\/p>\n

The article highlights in detail the benefits that the CHAIN programme has for hip osteoarthritis, as well as the journey behind the creation of the programme. It features the results from the different research studies that CHAIN has been featured in, and includes information on how to get involved, either in-person or virtually.<\/p>\n
