The product “Tireen” is a fully functional mop and bucket, with a floor drying aid built-in.
It has a manually operated mechanism inside, which requires no electricity to function.
It operates via the user pushing down to rinse the mop; doing so mechanically spins a fan at a average spin of 1100rpm which helps to dry the surrounding floor directly below.
This helps the floor to be dried faster, and preventing serious accidents.

I came up with the idea when I was researching the most common insurance claims, with slips, trips and falls being the second most frequent insurance claim. On average, £12 million a year is given to those who have made a claim. That’s a huge loss to the national economy, and iIwanted to change to this.
