I did my first online PST training with the Guernsey Programme Support team. \u00a0Even though I have delivered this training face to face I didn\u2019t know how it was going to manifest in an online environment. \u00a0It felt new and strange and I was unsure what to expect. \u00a0I was happy and excited to deliver this for the first time, I always enjoy new experiences and bringing creative ideas into my own training.<\/p>\n

I used GoToMeeting<\/a> software for the conference call, very easy to setup and you can also record sessions for playback later. We can set up meetings with anyone from all over the world. There was no confusion and GoToMeeting<\/a> eliminated the need to check whether they had skype or other similar software.
