Most submissions offered little in the way of evidence of impact and the actions institutions are taking are very similar, but there is some interesting ideas and we hope people will find it useful. Its available from Kindle (99p), we wanted to get it out there quickly. We do get 27p royalty on each one and that money is going to British Heart Foundation and the Salvation Army. The paperback is much more expensive and we get no royalties. If you don\u2019t use kindle and want a copy, I shall be putting it on Researchgate.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: small\">In the meantime, please let colleagues know.
