We are delighted to announce that our keynote speakers will be Professor Roni Bamber, of Queen Margaret\u00a0University Edinburgh, and John Hilsdon, from the University of Plymouth.<\/p>\n<p>Join like-minded professionals for stimulating debate and discussion, contribute to the research and evidence base for Learning Development, and share your innovative and\u00a0inspiring practice with a friendly and supportive audience.<\/p>\n<p>As always, this welcoming\u00a0conference will provide opportunities to explore all aspects of learning development theory, practice and policy.\u00a0This year, we are particularly interested in exploring the theoretical foundations for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How we think about learning development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Managing professional identities<\/li>\n<li>Pathways for professional development<\/li>\n<li>The problems learning development can solve<\/li>\n<li>The value of learning development across the sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>How we enact learning development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Working with students and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Understanding why tools and techniques work<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility within a changing sector<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities and challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We welcome proposals for workshops, paper presentations, lightning talks and posters.
