We\u2019d love you to join us on Wednesday 18th October 2017 for an off-campus creativity workshop!<\/p>\n

This exploratory day-long workshop (10am-4pm) is for educators and researchers. We, Curie Scott and Ashley Woodfall, will be sharing creative\/ artistic embodied approaches for use in research and teaching. Adopting practices which decentre the written word, we look to create a playful space for knowing and being through making – in a way that looks to the unbounded, reflective and dialogic.<\/p>\n

\nBy the end of this workshop you will have:
\n– considered the potential of knowing through making
\n– be aware of several creative\/art\/embodied methods through the experiential studio setting
\n– be able to negotiate the transferability to your own research and teaching practice<\/p>\n

There is space for twenty people and we are at the Old School House<\/a> in Boscombe. \u00a0This is a relaxed studio setting so wear comfortable clothes! Lunch at a local caf\u00e9 is included.<\/p>\n

Please bring an old magazine to donate! <\/strong><\/p>\n
