On this page you will find out a bit more about the programme, what it entails, and how you could help support it.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">What is the Global Talent Programme (GTP)?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This unique programme has been created with employers to help students demonstrate they have the attributes needed to work in a truly global way, crossing physical and cultural boundaries to deliver outstanding results.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">How does it work?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The GTP focuses on themes key to the global workplace of the future: global citizenship, collaboration, skills development, research and innovation. These are relevant attributes employers are looking for \u2013 regardless of what degree or discipline students are studying.<\/p>\n<p>Being part of the GTP involves just a few hours of a student\u2019s time a week when they will work towards achieving a number of badges (dependent on their level of study) and ultimately the Global Talent Award.<\/p>\n<p>To gain badges, students will need to engage in a series of lectures and events, undertaking various activities and online challenges. They can also use their interests in all kinds of extra-curricular activities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u00a0How can I help?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Please DO Encourage students to get involved!
