Mentimeter<\/a> is an internet-based audience response tool that you may have seen in the TEL Toolkit<\/a>.\u00a0 It is similar to TurningPoint in that questions are prepared in advance and then answered by students in lectures and seminars.\u00a0 Where Mentimeter differs from the current version of TurningPoint that BU uses is in the device used by students.\u00a0 Mentimeter relies on students having a smart device with an internet connection.<\/p>\n

CEL and the Learning Technologists are evaluating competing options in the audience response arena.\u00a0 Over the next 3 months we would like to trial the alternatives and find what works best for BU.<\/p>\n
