The emergence of Generative AI such as ChatGPT has increased attention to academic integrity as a research topic. There are numerous considerations to account for when planning and conducting research into academic integrity and academic misconduct (e.g. cheating and plagiarism). These include knowledge of the topic and broader literature, human ethics considerations, applicable research methods, and suitable outlets for publication.<\/p>\n
