For example, ensuring that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>everyone has the opportunity to contribute throughout the meeting (not just at the end)<\/li>\n<li>any presentations or equipment used in the room are visible for those online (slides should be presented via Teams\/Zoom)<\/li>\n<li>any side conversations in the room are avoided<\/li>\n<li>someone in the room is allocated to monitor the chat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Try out the Meeting Owl 360<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Meeting Owl is an easy-to-use, plug in and play device for use in a hybrid teaching or meeting environment. It automatically zooms in on the speaker and even follows them around with its voice and motion activated sensors.
