This issue prevents both staff and students from launching\/joining Zoom meetings from this location. Zoom support are investigating issue with an aim to fix it as soon as possible.<\/div>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\"><strong>The following error message will display when clicking Communication &gt; Zoom in the menu bar from a Brightspace unit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"elementToProof\"><span class=\"zoom-comp-title ContentPasted2\">Warning<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\">Please click the Sign in option to create your BU Zoom account and then return to your Brightspace unit to schedule sessions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"zoom-comp-des\">\n<div><a class=\"ContentPasted2\" href=\"https:\/\/bournemouth-ac-uk.zoom.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-loopstyle=\"link\">https:\/\/bournemouth-ac-uk.zoom.us<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\"><span class=\"zoom-comp-code ContentPasted2\">Something wrong happened, please try again later(2207).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"elementToProof\">Updates on this issue<\/h2>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Updates to this issue can be tracked on the\u00a0<a id=\"LPlnk973683\" title=\"https:\/\/status.zoom.us\/\" href=\"https:\/\/status.zoom.us\/\" data-loopstyle=\"link\">Zoom status page<\/a>, scroll to the bottom of the page for a notice called &#8216;<b>A subset of users not able to use oauth for authentication<\/b>&#8216;. You can subscribe to this issue for updates.<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"elementToProof\"><b>Workaround for staff<\/b><\/h2>\n<div class=\"elementToProof ContentPasted0\">If you have already scheduled Zoom sessions from your Brightspace unit, these sessions can be launched directly from the Zoom portal.
