By their final year, students will mainly be taught at stage 4 where no facilitator is in the room and no one steps in to help. The framework started in healthcare within Staffordshire&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffs.ac.uk\/about\/facilities\/centre-for-health-innovation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for Health Innovation<\/a> but has now been extended to other disciplines. All teaching staff at Staffordshire undergo the simulation training to achieve a baseline standard.
