<\/a>Staffordshire University 5 Stage Approach<\/p><\/div>\n
Students move up and down the continuum and are aware of which stage they are having each time. By their final year, students will mainly be taught at stage 4 where no facilitator is in the room and no one steps in to help. The framework started in healthcare within Staffordshire’s Centre for Health Innovation<\/a> but has now been extended to other disciplines. All teaching staff at Staffordshire undergo the simulation training to achieve a baseline standard.
