As we near the start of induction week we wanted to provide you with some guidance\u00a0to share with your\u00a0students on how they can\u00a0prepare for the use of Study Goal,\u00a0so they understand what is expected of them and how they access the system.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>All\u00a0Level 0 and Level 4 students have been made aware of the Learning Analytics pilot in their<\/span>\u202f<\/span>arrival’s<\/span>\u202f<\/span>communications.<\/span>\u202f\u202f<\/span>It\u2019s\u00a0important you also<\/b><\/span>\u202f<\/b><\/span>share information about Learning Analytics at BU\u00a0with your students during<\/b><\/span>\u202f<\/b><\/span>Welcome Week\/induction.<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Student support materials<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

To ensure students are prepared,\u00a0<\/b>guidance for attendance capture using the Checkin\u00a0feature in Study Goal is now available from the<\/span>\u202f<\/span>Brightspace Help<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0page. This includes a two-minute\u00a0video which covers\u00a0<\/span>\u2018How to check in using Study Goal\u2019<\/span><\/a>\u00a0along with\u00a0details of the equipment\u00a0they will need \u2013 smartphone, tablet\u00a0or laptop.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students can also find<\/span>\u202f<\/span>more<\/span>\u202f<\/span>information about\u00a0the<\/span>\u202f<\/span>Learning Analytics pilot<\/span><\/a>\u202f<\/span>on the BU website.<\/span>\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
