The new improved online system replacing ResearchPAD is now available to postgraduate researchers (PGRs), supervisors, and administrators.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>Accessing ProGRess for the first time<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can access ProGRess via: <a href=\"https:\/\/progress.bournemouth.ac.uk\/\">https:\/\/progress.bournemouth.ac.uk\/<\/a> or by scrolling across and clicking on the ProGRess logo in the grey bar at the bottom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/staffintranet.bournemouth.ac.uk\/\">intranet home page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend you save this page to your \u2018favourites\u2019 or \u2018bookmarks\u2019 for quick, easy access in future.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PGRs <\/strong>(including BU staff undertaking a research degree) please login using your student account (e.g. a1234567) and password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BU staff<\/strong> who are supervisors or administrators of research degrees please use your normal staff login and password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>External Supervisors <\/strong>please use your personal email address to login. You will then be prompted to set a password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For PGRs and BU staff, if you need assistance logging in, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bournemouth.ac.uk\/students\/learning\/it-information\/need-it-help\">IT Service Desk<\/a><em>. <\/em>For external supervisors, please contact <a href=\"mailto:ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk\">ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk<\/a>.\u00a0 <em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>Helping you make the most of ProGRess<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you need help, there are lots of places to find it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bournemouth.ac.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/asset\/document\/ProGRess%20User%20Overview.pdf\">ProGRess User Guide<\/a> \u2013 a guide which gives an overview of the system and provides you with support and assistance if you need it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bournemouth.ac.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/asset\/document\/ProGRess%20FAQs.pdf\">ProGRess Q&amp;A Document<\/a> \u2013 answers to common questions you may have about the new system.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/brightspace.bournemouth.ac.uk\/d2l\/le\/content\/25416\/viewContent\/1663454\/View\">Attend a drop-in session<\/a> with a member of the Doctoral College designed to provide an overview of the system and help resolve any ProGRess queries you may have.<\/li>\n<li>For technical support accessing or using ProGRess, you should contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bournemouth.ac.uk\/students\/learning\/it-information\/need-it-help\">IT Service Desk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>For all other queries, contact <a href=\"mailto:ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk\">ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk<\/a> and a member of the Doctoral College team will be able to assist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the ProGRess launch runs smoothly, if you experience a problem, please log it by emailing <a href=\"mailto:ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk\">ProGRess@bournemouth.ac.uk<\/a>.
