The resources allows future counsellors, social workers, and psychologists to explore a variety of mental health experiences and to help students build empathy and develop critical clinical skills in a safe and repeatable setting. The content is enhanced with interactive quizzes, book chapters, discussion questions, and other tools to facilitate teaching and improve learning outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mindspace Commons\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MZJHx6AbW5c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Launched in November 2020, Mindscape Commons is a source of VR and interactive video content for teaching and learning mental health. It offers hundreds of immersive and interactive videos and VR experiences for teaching and training. \u00a0A growing body of research confirms that immersive experiences help students develop empathy and practice clinical skills in a safe, learning environment.
