Tom is a physiotherapist, and has research interests across the subject areas of rehabilitation, orthopaedics, medical devices, and technology. He has extensive experience of managing international randomised clinical trials in orthopaedics, and has led the design, implementation and delivery of an award-winning enhanced recovery pathway for hip and knee replacement patients.
Tom is passionate about improving the quality of healthcare systems and works to help other healthcare providers improve the quality of their services. He has been interviewed on BBC South Today, Hope FM and in print media.
