Anna’s work focuses on communication and social justice. She is co-author of the book Protest Camps and is currently writing a book on the history of tear gas in policing protests and crowd control.
Anna also runs community workshops on data storytelling and digital communications skills, as well as providing consultancy to journalists, NGOs and cultural organisations, such as Amnesty International and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
She has written for a range of media outlets, including The Guardian, The Atlantic, Al Jazeera America and Open Democracy and been interviewed for The Financial Times, BBC Mundo, Vice, and radio and TV.
