Ana Adi comended for contributions to others’ PhD development

CMC’s Dr Ana Adi named as one of the top 101 Twitter accounts for PhDs to follow by Online PhD Program.

Ana, who was listed as 20 in the top 101 list, was applauded for regularly tweeting ‘high-quality sources regarding PhD material’ on #PhDChat. The hashtag, which Ana regularly contributes to, is a community of  PhDs, postdoctoral students, professors, and other academics to discussing relevant topics for those pursuing or considering doctoral studies.

The website that created the list, OnlinePhDProgram.org, is a place where individuals considering a PhD can find a program and those enrolled on a PhD can find blog posts and articles with study tips, career advice, and other related materials.

When she learned of her inclusion on the list, Ana said: “It is an honor to be included in the 101 Twitter Accounts Every PhD Should Follow list… Great news all around and even more reason to continue to contribute.”

In addition to her role as lecturer in CMC, Ana is the head of international development for the Media School at Bournemouth University.
