Professor Yuri Lannes<\/a>\u00a0is a Brazilian scholar specialising in digital law, data protection, and technology regulation. He is Professor and Coordinator of the Graduate Law Programme at the Faculdade de Direito de Franca (FDF)<\/a>,\u00a0where he leads the Research Group on Law, Public Policy and Technology<\/a>, officially recognised by FDF and listed in the Brazilian National Directory of Research Groups<\/a>\u00a0maintained by CNPq.<\/p>\n

Prof. Lannes holds a PhD in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (UPM)<\/a>\u00a0and completed postdoctoral research in Law and Technology at the University of Bras\u00edlia (UnB).<\/a>\u00a0His work focuses on AI governance, data protection, and the regulation of digital economies and includes initiatives aimed at public engagement, such as the \u201cLide na Nuvem<\/a>\u201d podcast on digital regulation.<\/p>\n
