A project<\/a> commissioned by the Observatory of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO<\/a>) on the Enforcement<\/span>\u00a0of Intellectual Property Rights<\/span> has been awarded to CIPPM for a further four years, and will run from January 2025- December 2028.<\/p>\n

The initial four-year project<\/a> which ran from January 2021 was brought to a successful completion in December 2024 in collaboration with Milieu Consulting SPRL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The extension of the funded project for a further four years from January 2025 – December 2028 will be led by Milieu Consulting SPRL with CIPPM as co-investigator.<\/p>\n

The project, consisting of the core project team as well as a large network of national experts and voluntary expert reviewers, spanning 12 Member States, will continue to expand, update and consolidate<\/em> the EUIPO\u2019s eSearch<\/a> Case Law system (database including key national case-law in the area of IP enforcement). In so doing, the project w<\/span>ill take forward the work begun by the EUIPO in 2014 in collecting national key enforcement judgments from the Member States that are related to IPRs.<\/p>\n\"Case-law\"<\/a>\n
