His many books include <em>Rights, Regulation, and the Technological Revolution<\/em> (OUP, 2008) and the <em>Oxford Handbook on Law, Regulation and Technology<\/em> (OUP, 2017) (co-edited with Eloise Scotford and Karen Yeung); and, most recently, <em>Law <\/em><em>3<\/em><em>.0<\/em> (Routledge, 2020), <em>Rethinking Law, Regulation and Technology<\/em> (Elgar, 2022), <em>Technology, Governance and Respect for the Law: Pictures at an Exhibition <\/em>(Routledge, 2023), <em>Law, Regulation and Governance in the Information Society<\/em> (Routledge, 2023) (co-edited with Maurizio Borghi), <em>Technology, Humans, and Discontent with the Law: The Quest for Better Governance <\/em>(Routledge, 2024), <em>The Future of Governance: A Radical Introduction to Law<\/em> (Routledge, 2025), and <em>Governance of Technology: Discontent, Disruption, and Doubt<\/em> (CUP, 2025) (co-edited with Larry DiMatteo).
