More specifically, it will explain (with supporting examples) how <\/span>films and film works (scripts, soundtracks, characters\u2026) fell into the public domain, in the USA or elsewhere, and how they survived and how they have been or can be resurrected in certain countries.<\/span><\/p>\n Pascal Kamina (Dr. Jur. France, L.L.M., Ph.D., Cambridge), is Professor at the University of Lyon, France (Universit\u00e9 Jean Moulin Lyon 3), where he teaches IP Law, comparative IP Law and Media Law. He is the author of \u201cFilm copyright in the European Union\u201d, Cambridge University Press, 2nd ed. 2016, and of several books on copyright and film law.
