In particular, Article 8 introduces a norm that will enable the use of out-of-commerce works on a large scale, either by means of a licensing system administered by Collective Management Organisations, of by effect of a fully-fledged exception to copyright. When leaving the station, head to \u201cTown Centre\u201d and \u201cSeafront\u201d. You will see the building on your right (directions\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/contact-us\/\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Trains from London leave at every hour (.05) and half-past hour (.35) from Waterloo Station, and take about 2 hours (direction: Weymouth or Poole).
