{"id":5313,"date":"2017-06-16T17:06:27","date_gmt":"2017-06-16T17:06:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/?p=5313"},"modified":"2017-06-16T17:08:16","modified_gmt":"2017-06-16T17:08:16","slug":"visiting-research-fellows-cippm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2017\/06\/16\/visiting-research-fellows-cippm\/","title":{"rendered":"Visiting research fellows join CIPPM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Four Visiting Research Fellows joined CIPPM this summer as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2017\/01\/25\/short-term-residential-fellowships-2017\/\">short-term residential fellowship programme 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2017\/06\/12\/tabrez-ebrahim\/\">Tabrez Ebrahim<\/a>, from\u00a0California Western School of Law in San Diego (USA), will work on a project on &#8220;3D Printing Abundance in a World Without Scarcity&#8221;, which\u00a0investigates the relationships between IP laws, competition, and innovation in response to 3D printing proliferation within the industrial and biomedical sectors.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2017\/06\/13\/katarina-krapez\/\">Katarina Krapez<\/a>\u00a0is currently on research leave from her Institution, the University of Primorska in Slovenia. She will spend her research period at CIPPM working on a project on copyright, scientific publishing and open science.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2017\/06\/15\/amanda-scardamaglia\/\">Amanda Scardamaglia<\/a> is a senior lecturer in law at Swinburne Law School, Australia, bringing to CIPPM her research project on copyright and lythography, at the intersection of law and history.
