There were representatives of 225 companies present. Besides Ruth Towse&#8217;s talk, which tried to clarify some of the\u00a0terms as well as comment on the topic from the point of view of what we know about the economics of creative industries, the meeting was\u00a0addressed by the Minister for Culture for Catalunya and Alessandro Senesi, Deputy Head of the Unit of the Creative Europe programmes among\u00a0others (see programme <a title=\"Programme\" href=\"http:\/\/sde.cultura.gencat.cat\/cultura\/agendahistoricdetall.php?idact=760\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>).
