A further aim of <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/\">Copyrightuser.org<\/a> is to inform creators and users about how to <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/protecting\/\">protect their work<\/a>, how to <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/licensing-and-exploiting\/\">license and exploit it<\/a>, and how to <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/using-and-reusing\/\">legally re-use the work of others<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The resource uses both video and textual material together with a bottom-up methodology to explain the key concepts of copyright, in an accessible manner.<\/p>\n<p>Copyrightuser.org was shortlisted at the AHRC <em>1<\/em><em>0<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary Research in Film Award<\/em><em>s\u00a0<\/em>and won the <a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2015\/11\/13\/cippm-project-copyrightuser-org-wins-ahrc-research-in-film-award\/\">Best Film in the Year award in November 2015<\/a> for the animated film, <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/schools\/the-game-is-on\/\"><em>The Adventure of the Girl with the Light Blue Hair.<\/em> <\/a><\/p>\n<p>*Copyrightuser.org provides a <a href=\"http:\/\/copyrightuser.org\/schools\/a-level-media-studies\/\">set of educational resources,<\/a> tailored for students working on the <em>Contemporary Media Regulation<\/em> topic for the OCR G325 exam, but also relevant for all the other topics, including Media in the Online Age, We Media and Democracy and Postmodern Media.
