Has it brought the UK approach to such matters in line\u00a0with that of those European countries that have traditionally had such an exception? What does this story teach\u00a0about copyright\u00a0policy making in the UK?<\/p>\n<p>Trevor Cook (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmerhale.com\/trevor_cook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WilmerHale<\/a>) will answer these questions by critically examining\u00a0the rationale, significance and effects of the &#8220;parody exception&#8221; in the framework of the UK copyright reform.
