We are delighted to invite you to the first BU Employability Conference for Staff on Wednesday 14 March 2018.
This is a chance for BU staff to learn more about the fabulous work being undertaken by Academics and Professional and Support staff (beyond placements) to enhance our students’ graduate employability skills, attributes and attitudes. It is open to all staff (academic and professional/support) who want to gain (and contribute) ideas and practical advice for planning their work to impact on the job readiness of BU students. We will be sharing a range of initiatives from across the organisation, which might be suitable to implement or adapt for your programmes.
The conference on Talbot Campus will run between 11am and 4pm on 14 March and the agenda includes a keynote speech by Sarah Flynn, Chair of ASET, The Work Based Learning and Placement Learning Association. http://www.asetonline.org/
