The seminar aims at presenting the preliminary outcomes of a current research project that focuses on the comparative and interdisciplinary analysis of plagiarism.
Revolving around the Italian and UK systems, it will discuss the core mechanisms of this multi-layered phenomenon underlying consistencies and dissimilarities of its legal assessment according to the civil and common law traditions.
